What we collect

• Information you send us through our forms: your name, mobile number, email address, ZIP code, the vehicle you are interested in, details about a vehicle you want to trade or sell, a preferred test-drive time and any message you write.
• Financing pre-qualification answers: employment status, a monthly-income range, housing status, a self-rated credit range and a down-payment range. We do not ask for your Social Security number, date of birth or bank details on this website, and pre-qualifying does not involve a credit check.
• Visit statistics: we count page views, vehicle views and taps on our call, text and directions buttons. These counts are not linked to you — this website sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
• Technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting provider processes to deliver the site and to protect it against abuse and spam.

How we use it

To answer your questions, send you the information you asked for, schedule test drives, prepare trade-in offers and financing options, keep records of our communications, improve our website and comply with the law.

Calls and text messages

When you submit a form you agree that Test Dealer 2 may call or text you at the number you provide about your inquiry, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. We keep a record of the consent wording you agreed to and when.

When we share information

• With service providers that help us run the website and our business (for example LaneUpPro for hosting and lead delivery), only for that purpose.
• With lenders, only if you choose to apply for financing with us, under the financial privacy notice we give you at that time.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. Information is encrypted in transit and stored with an access-controlled service provider; it is available to our dealership and, only as needed to run the service, to our hosting provider.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent through this website, or to stop contacting you, by calling or emailing us. Depending on your state, you may have additional privacy rights; we will honor them as required by law.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
